Frequently Asked Questions
What types of clients do you work with?
Most of our clients are small businesses and nonprofits in Montana and beyond. We also support entrepreneurs, community organizations, and midsize teams who need help bringing clarity to projects, events, and communications.
Do you only work in Bozeman, Montana?
While we’re based in Bozeman, we partner with clients all across Montana and the Mountain West—and thanks to virtual tools, we can collaborate anywhere in the U.S.
What’s included in the Discovery Call?
The complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call is your chance to share your vision, challenges, and goals. We’ll discuss whether project management consulting, event planning, or strategic communications is the right fit, and you’ll walk away knowing exactly what the next step would look like.
How far in advance should I book for event planning or project management?
The earlier, the better—especially for large events or complex projects. Many clients reach out 3–6 months before an event, but we can sometimes step in on a shorter timeline if needed.
Do you only create strategies, or do you also handle execution?
Both. Unlike many consultants who hand you a plan and leave, we stay in it with you—designing the strategy and making sure it actually works in real life.
What if I’m not sure which service I need?
That’s exactly what the Discovery Call is for. We’ll talk through your current challenges—whether it’s scaling without systems, planning a nonprofit fundraiser, or managing a high-stakes project—and then recommend the best next step.
